Network Services

Paschen Communications can provide on-site (in the St.Paul/Minneapolis area) or off-site (via remote connection) network services.

We provide Windows 2003 support for small networks.  This includes initial set-up/installation as well as on-going service and support. Most of our support is provided off-site after the initial set-up.

We limit the number of network clients so that we can ensure adequate levels of service. Please contact us to determine if we are presently accepting network service clients at this time.

Network Consulting

If you have someone on-site that can handle the day-to-day tasks, but they aren't skilled in the lower-level functioning of a Windows network, we can provide support for your support person. We can help them through difficult issues or completely handle major upgrades and installations.

Pricing

All Network services are provided on a retainer-based fee structure with very reasonable per-incident or per-hour rates for support.
