The CloudMail email services are now back up and running. Emails that were sent to your account/s during the outage should be appearing in your inbox over then next couple/few hours (depending on how they were sent).The CloudMail email services are now back up and running. The total down-time was 13 hours 35 minutes.

I have made it very clear to the CloudAccess management that this was completely unacceptable; however, based on several other things that were learned during this process, we are now making specific plans to migrate off their server in the near future (within 6-10 weeks).I will provide more details as soon as we have them worked out (likely sometime this week).

If you have any eCommerce transactions on your site those should have been sent without a problem as they were all re-routed prior to the outage (or soon after it began).Other system emails may have not been sent; however, it doesn't look like there were any that caused significant issues.If you notice any problems please let us know.
